After three very successful editions of the Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence Summit, organized door Adept Events, the speaker line-up for March 2017 has been announced.
Contrary to the first two editions, where four internationally renowned speakers presented on both days each, the 2016 set-up had two tracks and a total of nine speakers, consisting of a mix of internationally renowned speakers as well as top speakers from the Benelux, amounting to a total of twelve presentations. This concept was very well-received, with an almost sold-out seminar, and will also be used in 2017. Now, end of October 2016, we can already proudly announce our strong selection of speakers for the coming Spring.
From the United States of America, Wiliam McKnight and Mark Madsen will be present, both thought leader and speaker at the well-known international seminars of TDWI and Strata.
Additionally, Rick van der Lans, independent consultant, teacher and author in the field of business intelligence, database technology and data virtualization, will also be present, and will also be fulfilling the role of Chairman.
Furthermore, we are pleased to welcome professor Bart Baesens from the KU Leuven and the University of Southampton as speaker. Professor Baesens has done extensive research in the field of big data & analytics, customer relationship management, fraud detection, and credit risk management. He also acts as a consultant on those subjects.
This coming year they will be accompanied by Pieter den Hamer from Alliander and the Utrecht University, Rutger Rienks from the municipality of Amsterdam, Erik Fransen from Centennium, Jos Kuiper from Volkswagen Pon Financial Services and Kishan Shri from the Erasmus Medical Center Rotterdam.
